Man this brought back so many complicated memories of this series…
LISA has a lot of bad, especially The Joyful, but the OST is a banger in all iterations

If I were to phrase it I’d say that the series give me more dreadful hope than hopeful dread.
The OST for all of the series however is all solid👌
Personally, I believe LISA is a more honest The Last of Us, while also keeping most of the bad from that series - including having a pretty shitty creator - but I’d still rather share and suggest it to other people, not just due to the OST (but probably not The Joyful)

I’ve only experienced Lisa the Painful and the Joyful so I wouldn’t know which of the other alternatives are better (after experiencing the 2 I had to take a break, those games are emotionally and mentally draining)
