Probably the biggest issue is the tankies, but if you want to just avoid them you can do an instance block of The Tankie Triad lemmy.ml, hexbear.net and lemmygrad.ml. Though I think your instance already defed’s from Hex and grad. that’ll take care of the bulk of em.
