Here’s your reminder that Republicans want BEARDED PEOPLE WITH TESTOSTERONE AND PENISES to be able to use your Daughter’s BATHROOM!

“If upheld, Florida would become the first state to prohibit driver’s license changes under criminal penalty for transgender individuals.”

Just what trans people need more criminalization…

Remember: The Cruelty is the point. Republicans hate people who aren’t “like them” and want to do them as much harm they can get away with.

It’s worse, they want EVERYONE, even people like them, to be as harmed as possible. They just use the 'isms because it’s effortless harm-maxing. Fascism is a death cult in which nobody, even the people on the top, will survive.

Their fundamental ideology is “I want to be #1 at any cost” even if it means killing everyone else and then themselves.

The irony is that by entering their birth sex into the gender field, a trans person would, in fact, be misrepresenting their gender.

I really hope someone uses that as an argument to challenge this in court.

The optimist in me wants to believe that this will end up accidentally becoming a very strong pro-trans law. But it’s Florida, so if that happens, it’ll probably just be repealed.

Naw, if that happens those assholes will amend the law to ensure it has the desired cruelty.

Rare Canada W, unless it turned out they were sponsored by a big corporation and that’s why they were able to get through.
