minus-squareChe Banana@beehaw.orglinkfedilinkarrow-up0·10 months agoSushi rice, saute or grill the spam to carmeliize, nori wrap…thats it. Maybe eel sauce. easy peasy. The Hawaiian cooks I had used the can to mold the rice, eel sauce, then placed spam over the top, sliced to shape, the nori wrap.
