    He was a psychologist who didn’t even realize his patients (aside from the kid with the bad vibes) didn’t see or hear him.

    He hadn’t been “at work” in years if you catch my drift.

      I love the idea that he just sat there in total silence next to people, or he talked, and they reacted passively and he took their slight movements or inconsequential chatter as meaningful replies he’d contemplate over

    This reminded me of rewatching castaway the other day. It took Tom Hanks far too long to open those God damned packages.

      I think I only kinda saw the movie long time ago once. I for sure didn’t know he was dead, I thought it was the kid that was bad all the time. I don’t know.
