Ugh. Dark circles. I’m wondering if it’s worth trying to buy a concealer or something.

As someone with very prominent genetic dark circles that never really covers them up because they look ashy with concealer and I’m too lazy to colour correct:

      • what is the point of concealing them? I think the circles kind of make me look sick, but if people are offended by that, that’s their problem. I simply don’t have enough spoons most of the time.
      • is a free smoky eye (you can turn it into a smoky eye somehow apparently)
      • could be a good idea to determine if they’re genetic or something else like a vitamin deficiency. Unfortunately genetic ones you can’t really get rid of or so I’ve heard?
      • get a concealer that matches your skin tone as lighter ones, which are commonly used in the beauty community, can look a bit unnatural
      • colour correct with a salmon, peach, or red colour corrector depending on the colour of your circles. Vary the lightness (I know this is the wrong art word) of the colour according to your skin tone.

Miss Seagoon is a make up artist.

There is a sound that no matter where I am or what I’m doing in the house I recognise it in a millisecond:

The cat hocking up a hairball.

Also it feels like 8pm and it’s only 6…

Was going to go to the gym but will rest tonight instead. I think I’d be pushing too hard if I went tonight.

    So:

    Feed the cats

    Make dinner

Setup drumkit and have a play

    Maybe some video games

    Cuddle with Fluffball.

My mum sent me this photo, and I didn’t even notice the bird at first. There was more going on in the background, but I cropped it to reduce the likelihood of being doxxed.

Just went to a local shopping centre and got my fix of food court Chinese food, love it. Also unashamedly purchased a pair of Kmart trackies for each family member. They are unfortunately all the same shade of darkish grey ($8). Hey, the men’s cheap trackies are cheaper, thicker and warmer, and come in more serviceable colours than the ones in the women’s section, so 4 pairs of men’s trackies in varying sizes it was. I am a bogan.

I forgot which store I looked at last when I was looking for trackies and they were quite tight and slim fitting which I really hate.

            I got these

The last time I went to BigW they weren’t as good as I remember. Not sure what size you’d need but my 11yo Miniest takes XS, Elder 13yo takes S, my fat ass takes M, and Mr P takes 2XL. They had up to 4XL that I saw. Mr Ps Mum also wears them because they are roomy enough in the caboose to fit her incontinence pants.
