We’re in a society that expects a ridiculous amount off us, and is highly critical of us. It can be hard for us to see the positives in ourselves.

What do or should people admire about you?

    I think people at least should admire that I’m nice to everyone at work. I know people in other departments cos I’m friendly and nice to them, it really helps the them and us divide.

    I’ve done a fair bit of charity work, people often admire that. It’s a great thing to do.

    My boyfriend: that I keep doing scary things even though it takes a lot out of me (like outdoor climbing, moving to a new country, doing a triathlon race).
