Thats 2.6million apparently, which means 500,000 in terms of active, reserved, and civilian members of defense. 1.26 million is the active number, or about 225k troops.
83% of that is about 188k active troops with the condition.
Did you happen to see or know the total active military personnel to know what % of the US military that 188k will be?

Total including reserves and civilians in the defense industry, yes. About half that number is active, about 1/4 reserves, and 1/4 defense industry civilians.
Hegseth was complaining in March that ‘good soldiers’ were being kicked out because of tattoos. But I guess because he has tattoos, that’s unfair?
Now, he says standards are falling so he’s kicking people out because of beards.

I’ve heard in the Russian army that’s generally fine that half your face is fcking red, what matters is that you do shave, and if you shave badly, then yeah, bad things follow, not kicking out, but being force-shaved with a harsh cloth or something like that.
