Happened upon this good seed while playing a Duelist. You get a +2 Ring of Might and +1 Crossbow on Level 1, with +2 Sai, +2 Leather Armor (from the ghost) and +1 cursed mail armor on level 2. Plenty more good equipment later on as well, but these allow for a strong start.
