But when the media got their divorce records unsealed, there was some embarrassing things that led to him dropping out late in the race, clearing the way for an upstart state senator Barack Obama to be elected instead.
So, in effect, People Magazine editors thinking Harry Kim was sexy lead to the Obama presidency.
