But you can safely use upgrade scrolls when you turn them into magical infusion spells. It’s expensive, so you might still want to wait a little bit with it.
An alternative is also to harden an enchantment at the blacksmith. When you normally would lose the enchantment due to upgrade, you’d lose the hardening instead.
