I suspect it’s because of the circular room, and ghost spawning within a rectangular area, probably spawning in one of the invisible corners. If anyone wanna test it, a mind vision should reveal it.
Ingame, no If you’re on Android, you can long press the icon, choose app info, Storage, and clear cache/data, it would reset the entire game stste.
Hard to directly compare the rings like that, especially since they’re of different levels.
A Furor+2 gives you approx. 4 hits in 3 turns, so about +33% damage based on turns. Grim trigger more by weapon level and the lower the mob is in health.
Assume a mob at 75% hp, hit 4 times (in 3 turns) with a +3 weapon, that’s about 50% chance of triggering Grim. Arcana+0 would have about 50% chance in 2 hits under same conditions.
You should be able to use Transmutation scroll on a trinket. Alternative is you do a Metamorphosis and change your Heightened Senses for some other talent.
You’re missing out on possible good drops! And you’re a mage, just walk up, throw something at door and zap. And you got Disintegrate, can just walk next room and zap them both in one hit.
Cool, one of my seeds :)

I hope you don’t mind I mentioned your name in the new Seed Request post. I can remove it if you like.
Wow, this is a good find! 1 in a million for sure (probably even less!)
Besides, there are 5 429 503 678 976 possible seeds in the game. Any Raspberry Pi checking this range, there’s probably a new version out by then, possibly rendering the search obsolete. Of the seeds I got, I probably only searched 0.01% of that range.
There’s definitely room for more people to find seeds I couldn’t find!
I’m interested to see what else you can find. I’m mostly just running this on the Raspberry on idle times because of the low energy consumption, and that the Raspberry have other purposes during peak times such as running a small web server.
Did you perhaps forget to add something…?
I guess F-Droid needs more time, keep looking!
How about adding an Unstable/Chaos Trinket? Every time you enter a new floor, it can settle into different trinket effect. I think the uncertainty can add a bit of fun and challenge as you don’t know what you get. Maybe keep a list of different trinket effects so you can’t just keep re-entering a floor to get any desired trinket effect.
I do accept seed requests. I’m running my own homebrewed seed finder that works with the beta version, which is how I found this really nice RoW seed.
Considering there’s a Random.pushGenerator();
statement, allowing additional randomness without affecting further dungeon generation, most minor changes should be able to preserve seeds. But I get that it doesn’t always help to preserve seed generation if there are major changes to say adding new items in game.
Changing seed generation between versions easily though cause confusion to players reading topics on lemmy or elsewhere, using seeds that’s perhaps not older than days or weeks.
The updates looks great, but this will surely affect old game seeds lol.
You’re thinking of Swiftness, which requires 2 or more steps from an enemy to work. Haste from Ring or Potion is unconditional. Then last option is Flow if you stand in water, also unaffected by nearby enemies.
An alternative is also to harden an enchantment at the blacksmith. When you normally would lose the enchantment due to upgrade, you’d lose the hardening instead.
Yes, the scaling is half of other tier 3 weapons, due to double atrack speed.
You still deal same average damage against regular foes, unless they have high armor, such as armored statues and armored brutes.
It’s great for proc some deadly enchantments such as grim, less so with kinetic. It’s great for gladiators that need to build up combos quickly.
Another hidden benefit is that you can get free hits if paired with haste, avoiding taking hits at all. You keep track of your timer, hit, move back until you can get another free half time hit. This is useful for FIMA chal, or against hard hitters such as gnoll brutes.
Where can I find more details about this, is the beta already available to try out? I couldn’t find it on github, nor on Google Play (I’m signed up there as a beta tester)
Ok I was right. The ghost spawned in the top left corner of the circular room (
CircleBasinExitRoom
), outside of the circular area. Thus not reachable as it’s behind the wall. @[email protected]
